You can vary this recipe endlessly. Try using tikka masala as the base instead of muttar paneer, for example. Experiment with toppings. The recipe below is our favorite so far. This makes one pizza, but we always make many at a time.
Place one piece of Oven Naan face down on a baking sheet. Putting the garlicly buttery side down ensures that it's the first thing you taste when you take a bite.
Spread muttar paneer over the whole surface of the naan. Then generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Top with thin slices of hot chilis. We've used jalapeños, habaneros, and red chilis, and they're all great, although be cognizant of the spice level and slice thinner as needed! Also top with sun-dried tomatoes.
Bake at approximately 350 degrees (F) until the cheese is turning golden brown on top.
Best served hot from the oven, but also makes great leftovers.
