Sausage and Nectarine Stew

Ingredients:

• ~20 nectarines
• 12 spicy italian sausages
• 4 large onions
• Rice

Preparation

Chop onions, sausage, and nectarines. Put both in a large pot on medium heat. When onions are starting to brown, like so...

...add the nectarines. Stir and simmer until the nectarines are cooked down into a stew.

Serving

Serve with rice.
